During this diet, breakfast should be the same. It must consist of a fruit (orange, peach, pear, watermelon, melon). However, you must not have bananas or grapes for your breakfast!

1 cup yogurt (200 ml)

Having dinner :

2 tomatoes or 2 dl cooked tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
½ cucumber or 1 small piece of lettuce
2 pieces of crackers

Breakfast :

1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 cup of yogurt

Having dinner

125 grams of beef (porridge)
1 tomato
1 rusk
1 orange
1 cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)

Lose 10 kg : DAY 3

Breakfast :

1 boiled egg
1 orange
A cup of yogurt
1 cucumber or lettuce

Having dinner :

125 g boiled beef
1 orange
1 rusk
1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)

Lose 10 kg : DAY 4

Breakfast :

125 grams of cheese or cow’s milk
1 tomato
1 rusk

Having dinner :

125 grams of beef (porridge)
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 rusk

Lose 10 kg : DAY 5

Breakfast :

200 grams of meat or boiled fish
1 tomato
1 rusk

Having dinner :

½ kilos boiled carrots, peas or potatoes
Cook your vegetables or meat without or with a very small amount of salt!
Take a break on day 6 and day 7 and continue on the 8th day.
When implementing this diet, alcohol is strictly prohibited!
Five days after the start of this diet plan, you will lose 5 to 10 pounds. Take a break of 2 days and start the same diet 3 times (5 days + 2 days break). During Monday, you should have the following meals:

Breakfast: 1 cup lemon juice (no sugar)
