Cinnamon

Cinnamon is widely known for its anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. Nutmeg

Warning:

  1. If your skin is sensitive, skip the lemon juice or add more honey so that the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Do not use this mask as a facial scrub.
  3. People who have a vascular skin disorder like rosacea, rosacea should not use this mask because the honey dilates the blood vessels. If you suffer from some of these diseases, you can replace the honey with clay. Simply mix in the same ratio with the rest of the ingredients and sweetened to the desired texture.
