The benefits of aloe vera

Aloe vera treats and prevents skin problems such as burns, eczema, acne and itching. Having an analgesic effect, this medicinal plant also relieves muscular and articular pains.

On the other hand, aloe vera gel stimulates the production of fibroblasts, which are substances that help to create human collagen, improve the texture of the skin and treat irritated skin thanks to its emollient, moisturizing and nourishing properties.

Rich in vitamins (A and B) and minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc …), aloe vera has an antioxidant effect that fights the free radicals responsible for cell aging.

Moreover, the benefits of this plant have even been confirmed by scientists. Indeed, a study published by researchers at Hoshi University in Japan has shown that aloe vera has a strong antioxidant power that would protect even free radicals resulting from radiation. Do not hesitate to apply it on your skin.

Here are the steps to follow of a natural trick with aloe vera for a silky and radiant skin:

1. Clean aloe vera leaves
Take a sheet of aloe vera, then wash it carefully without peeling it.

2. Soften aloe vera leaves
Pass the aloe vera leaf between your palms by gently pressing to soften it. This will facilitate the extraction of the gel.

3. Cut the sheet
Then you will have to cut the aloe vera leaf in half. Do not use the whole leaf, cut the amount you need, not to waste the gel.

4. Cut the edges
To peel the aloe vera leaf, you must first cut the edges and thorns on each side with a knife. Thus, it will be easier to cut and open.

5. Split in half
Once the edges are cut, you can split the aloe vera leaf in half using your hands. If it does not open easily, use a knife.

6. Extract the juice
With a spoon, you can extract the gel from the aloe vera leaf. Remove as much as you can and keep it in a jar.

7. Massage the face
Apply the gel to your face with your fingers or use the aloe vera to massage and penetrate. Then let the mask dry for about 15 to 20 minutes.

8. Wash your face
Remove the mask, then rinse your face with clean water only. Do not use soap or chemicals.

9. Finally … a glowing skin
Use a clean towel to dry your face. The results will be visible, and you’ll love the supple, glowing skin you’ll get after using this tip.

You can apply this trick two to three times a week. As a general rule, aloe vera is a safe plant that does not pose any specific risks. However, if you have this plant at home, it is not recommended to consume pure juice to avoid any risk of intoxication.
