This slimming program was designed by the pharmacist Sumiko and his companion Hitoshi who could lose 10 pounds in just 2 weeks. The slimming program is based on bananas as well as the consumption of warm water during the day.

The purpose of this diet is to eat bananas at breakfast time. Moderately but until satiety. If you hate bananas you can replace it with another fruit. It will be necessary to be aware of the quantity of food that you ingest.
